As part of our institutional growth, we are seeking an **Operations and Quality Coordinator**, who will be responsible for supporting operational management, supervising compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes—aligned with our organizational values and objectives. We seek committed candidates with leadership skills, strong organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset, who wish to join a professional team in constant development. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure the proper operational functioning of units, monitoring and promptly resolving incidents, maintenance issues, and basic services. * Coordinate and track operational reports, incidents, and requests, routing them to the appropriate departments through official channels. * Manage supplies, tools, and vendors required for unit operations, cleaning, and maintenance. * Verify regulatory compliance and proper compilation of each unit’s legal documentation, in accordance with COFEPRIS, SSY, and Civil Protection guidelines. * Supervise on-site and/or virtual operational execution, including security systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems. * Coordinate training programs and monitor the productivity of operational staff, particularly nursing and medical support personnel. * Support resolution of customer service-related incidents and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them. * Draft and disseminate operational announcements, and submit periodic progress, outcome, and incident reports to the General Directorate. * Promote continuous improvement of operational processes and support the development of institutional projects.
