Supervise, coordinate and ensure compliance with assigned security services, ensuring that operational personnel perform their duties efficiently, professionally and in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct patrols and supervision visits at active service sites. * Verify attendance, appearance and duty compliance of security personnel. * Address and resolve incidents or irregularities reported in services. * Provide support and follow-up to operational staff. * Coordinate replacements or coverage for absences, no-shows or emergencies. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure service quality. * Prepare daily supervision and incident reports. * Provide on-site training to new staff regarding specific service duties. * Ensure proper use of uniforms, equipment and compliance with protocols.
