Coordination and management of various operational areas **Position: Operations Coordinator** At **Otoch Colibrí**, we are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented individual who wants to join a team dedicated to delivering high-end hospitality experiences and caring for each property as if it were their own. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the cleaning team and oversee operational procedures for guest check-outs. * Manage logistics with the laundry service (collection, delivery, and supply control). * Monitor and respond to messages on digital platforms. * Handle incidents and communicate with guests. * Coordinate vendors for maintenance and services. * Prepare monthly operational reports per property. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Relevant field of study: Administration, Civil Engineering, Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, or Logistics. * Organized, proactive, and urgency-aware individual * Excellent written communication and customer service skills * Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously * Solution-focused mindset and teamwork orientation **Position Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site in Mérida * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Salary: $10,000 MXN per month * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone * Probation period: 2 months * Real growth opportunity within the company * Personal vehicle (preferred) **About Otoch Colibrí:** We are a company that supports our clients throughout their real estate investment journey—from acquisition to generating passive income—acting as their eyes and trusted partners at every stage.
