**Demand Planning Manager** **Job Objective** Develop and manage demand planning strategies to ensure product, spare parts, and accessory availability based on market trends, consumer behavior, and production capacity. Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and finance departments to optimize inventory. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, or Data Analytics is desirable. * APICS certifications are desirable (Certified in Production and Inventory Management – CPIM, IBF, ASCM, or similar). * Efficient supply chain management * Proficiency in S\&OP and MRP methodologies **Work Experience** * Minimum 3 years in similar roles * Experience in forecasting modeling and using predictive tools * Coordination with commercial, production, and logistics departments to improve demand forecast accuracy **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain demand forecasting models * Implement and enhance Sales \& Operations Planning (S\&OP) processes * Coordinate with sales and marketing to evaluate promotions and their impact on revenue generation * Optimize inventory levels to minimize storage costs * Analyze and mitigate risks associated with demand fluctuations and supply chain disruptions **Technical Skills** * Demand planning software * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency * ERP and MRP system knowledge * Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (desirable) * Strong analytical capability **Compensation** competitive salary statutory benefits PTU Uniforms 100% IMSS coverage Location: Colonia Moderna, Jal Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $36,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience handling S\&OP and MRP methodologies? * Do you have experience in similar positions? * What was your most recent salary? * Have you worked in demand and production planning?
