ZINERGIA is distinguished by its commitment to delivering excellence in service, meeting our customers’ needs—and to continue achieving this, we require the right human talent. ***ROAD SAFETY MANAGER*** **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Ensuring compliance with and updating policies, processes, action plans, and requirements of ISO 39001 standard * Establishing protocols to prevent high-impact road risks * Analyzing all road risks and implementing actions to eliminate their occurrence * Conducting root cause analysis of road accidents and incidents * Developing the annual road safety program * Designing training plans to deliver courses for newly hired operators * Releasing, validating, and monitoring operators graduating from the training school * Training and developing new competencies within the road safety team * Ensuring compliance with drug and alcohol testing for the operator workforce * Working under CTPAT standards **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Proven managerial-level experience in Road Safety (NOT asset or industrial safety) * Advanced Office software proficiency * Willingness and availability to travel * Experience working against targets and objectives (KPIs) **SKILLS:** * Management * Risk identification * Regulatory compliance understanding * Leadership **NOTE**: The position is specifically for "Road Traffic Safety"—not asset safety, nor occupational health and safety.
