This role focuses on documentation management, scheduling, and communication among all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and resolve discrepancies with all project stakeholders. * Manage RFIs, purchase change orders, and submittal acquisition. * Handle project documentation and ensure timely completion of administrative procedures. * Schedule structural inspections and appointments for the Certificate of Occupancy (CO). * Manage permit scheduling and ensure adherence to project deadlines. * Use scheduling software to maintain accurate timelines. * Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and workflow. * Maintain records and support preparation of progress and compliance reports. Requirements and Skills: * 1–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination. * Experience performing project estimations. * Education in construction management (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency. * Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail. * Efficiency and proactivity in task management. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST Work Mode: 100% remote.
