We are looking for a **Content Creator** with a creative and strategic focus who enjoys connecting with audiences through ideas, trends, and digital storytelling. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, create, and execute social media content for various brands. * Write creative and strategic copy for posts, reels, carousels, and stories. * Adapt content according to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X). * Monitor digital trends and propose innovative ideas. * Publish and schedule content according to the approved calendar. * Engage with the community (comments, messages, and mentions). * Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and optimize content. * Collaborate with creative, audiovisual, and media planning teams for campaign execution. * Support moodboard creation and content production when required. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 1 year of experience in digital content creation and social media management. * Experience writing social media copy. * Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. * Interest in digital trends and internet culture. * Organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model in Mérida, Yucatán. * Base salary \+ statutory benefits. * Employee referral programs. * Free uniforms. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in local and national creative projects. * Dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment.
