Knowledge: • General knowledge of Computing and Networking to promote and sell various enterprise computing products and services • Customer service, identifying customer requirements and needs. • Ability to operate under standardized and defined processes • Ability to use tools for recording opportunities, sales, and collections • Basic English Skills: • Effective communication • Articulateness and persuasion • Goal- and target-oriented • Ability to identify and overcome objections to close sales Competencies: • Strong oral communication • Ability to identify customer needs • Willingness and ability to undergo and obtain sales-related certifications from manufacturers Experience: • 2 years in a similar position • Fundamental knowledge of networking, internet, computing, and cloud services.
