Job Summary: We are seeking an Audit Assistant to support the Audit Manager in verifying administrative and operational processes, as well as performing additional tasks. Key Highlights: 1. We seek your talent as: Audit Assistant Objective: Support the Audit Manager in carrying out scheduled monthly activities across all company departments, ensuring compliance with both administrative and operational processes, and addressing additional tasks requested by the Administration Management and General Management. Requirements: Completed high school education Experience using an ERP system Knowledge of auditing and cyclic inventories Warehouse control Responsibilities: 1. Physical inventories. 2. Scheduled audits. 3. Follow-up on clarifications. 4. Assignment and receipt of units. 5. Monthly evaluation of departments and management teams. 6. Audit reports. 7. Updating delivery orders. 8. Validating the removal of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). 9. Validating empty silos. 10. Validating total consumption of sheet metal rolls. 11. Validating cutting of sheet metal rolls into strips. 12. Responsible for maintaining good labor relations, teamwork, and effective communication. WE OFFER: 1.
