Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst to design, develop, and implement training programs, enhance employee skills, and contribute to the company's success. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Training Analyst to join the GRUPO TRUPER team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for our employees, aiming to improve their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success. Your responsibilities will include identifying training needs through performance analysis and creating effective training materials. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with the company's strategic objectives. Availability to rotate between two shifts from Monday to Saturday is required. Additionally, you will evaluate the impact of training initiatives and make adjustments as needed to maximize their effectiveness. Prior experience in training program design, data analysis capability, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
