




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead teams, prospect new customers, manage customer portfolios, and ensure achievement of sales targets and follow-up activities. Sales performance indicator analysis and sales promotion We Are Looking For: SALES SUPERVISOR Requirements: Valid driver's license Sales experience Ability to operate standard vehicles Responsibilities: Prospect new customers in the field and promote the same activity among the sales team. Submit applications for onboarding new customers. Provide follow-up and updates to the customer portfolio for each route. Supervise, monitor, and lead sales representatives’ route visits. Promote impulse product sales. Collaborate in opening or restructuring routes based on weekly results. Follow up on customer invoicing. Collaborate in conducting visits when required. Analyze shrinkage, stockout, sales performance, and inventory indicators with each sales representative.
