Interest in learning and personal development At Fantasías Miguel RUSTIC, we seek creative individuals who enjoy hands-on work to join our Customization department. You will play a key role in creating unique products, helping our guests bring their ideas to life. What will you do? - Customization of products and projects (printing, assembly, labeling, and finishing) - Guest service and advisory support for their creative projects - Ensuring quality and presentation of each piece of work - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and well-maintained - Supporting multifunctional activities within the store What are we looking for? - Passion for creative and hands-on activities - Interest in learning and developing yourself (no prior experience required) - Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills - Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with 2 weekdays off) Schedule Monday through Sunday, from 9:24 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or until store closing With 2 weekdays off We offer - Weekly take-home salary of $2,250 - Weekly grocery vouchers - Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits - Savings fund - Life insurance - Transportation allowance - Online medical consultation for the employee and up to three family members - Employee discounts on company merchandise - Vacation entitlement starting from the third month Are you interested?
