




Job Summary: Field sales professional responsible for prospecting, managing customer portfolios, achieving sales targets, and handling collections, while identifying new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities • Prospect new customers (field visits, phone calls, referrals). • Manage and develop assigned customer portfolio. • Conduct commercial visits according to the work plan. • Develop a work plan. • Prepare quotations and follow up until closure. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Manage collections from assigned customers. • Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for deliveries. • Keep customer information updated. • Report commercial activities (schedule, progress). Responsibilities • Achievement of sales budget. • Portfolio recovery (days of credit). • Increase in active customers. Gross profit margin on sales. • Timely follow-up on orders and deliveries. Job Requirements • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 5 years in field sales. • Market knowledge: Minimum 3 years. • Valid driver’s license. • Willingness and availability to travel. • Basic Excel skills. • Minimum 3 years’ knowledge of local routes.
