Treats customers with respect and exceeds expectations. **ELEKTRA PROGRESO is seeking the following position:** Bank Advisor – Customer Service Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering savings products, bank loans, investments, and insurance to build long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on credit benefits and responsibilities. Guarantee proper implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Diploma required. (Original diploma required) Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service provision. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in customer prospecting activities. Integrity in performing duties.
