Job Description: We are looking for a responsible Casino Waiter/Waitress to provide high-quality service to our customers in gaming areas and food & beverage outlets, ensuring a pleasant, professional experience aligned with casino standards. Main Responsibilities: - Greet and serve casino customers courteously and efficiently. - Take and deliver food and beverage orders at gaming tables and assigned areas. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of their workstation. - Be knowledgeable about the menu and current promotions. - Comply with casino policies, safety regulations, and service standards. - Report any incidents to the immediate supervisor. Requirements: - Minimum education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in casinos, bars, hotels, or restaurants. - Excellent service attitude and customer interaction. - Availability to rotate shifts. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Professional personal appearance.
