**Job Objective** You will serve as the organization’s technical core, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also technically and financially viable before proceeding to the construction phase. Your mission is to guarantee accuracy in sizing, engineering, and budgeting to prevent deviations during construction. **Key Responsibilities** * **Executive Coordination:** Supervise the physical and technical progress of projects during the design phase. * **Design and Visualization Oversight:** Coordinate drawing reviews and direct the rendering team to ensure high-quality 3D models that serve both as sales tools and technical guides. * **Cost Engineering:** Define and oversee the catalog of cost items, base budgets, and unit price analyses (UPA). * **Technical Validation:** Ensure that mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural drawings are constructible on-site and comply with local regulations. * **Conflict Resolution:** Resolve inter-engineering conflicts prior to the construction phase. * **Team Management:** Delegate tasks and monitor daily goal achievement by designers and renderers. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and precision (focused on costs, design, and sizing). * Analytical and strategic thinking for problem-solving. * Technical leadership and assertive communication. * Proficiency in management methodologies such as PMI or BIM. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering qualification (degree certificate and professional license) in **Architecture or Civil Engineering**. * **Experience:** Over 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar role. * **Mandatory experience directly leading and supervising teams of designers and renderers.** * **Essential Software:** Proficiency in tools such as **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion**. * Knowledge of construction regulations and local building codes. * Unit price analysis. * **Costs:** Understanding of project budgets and construction costs to enable financially viable design decisions. **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Immediate and direct employment by the company. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Company-provided parking. * Gym facilities.
