Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in procurement, supplier management, quotation comparison, and administrative purchase control. * Schedule availability * Software: - Office suite (Advanced Excel) - ERP system * Skills: - Planning and control, negotiation, teamwork, analytical ability, effective communication Objective: Manage and control procurement for farms, ensuring timely supply of materials and services, expense traceability, and compliance with on-site receipt processes. What will you do in this role? • Procure key materials and services required for operations. • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. • Track purchase orders through to delivery at farms and offices. • Maintain procurement control and records, ensuring order and traceability. • Analyze consumption patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Collaborate closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely supply. • Generate reports supporting decision-making.
