Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, Software, or related field. -Experience: Minimum 3 years in backend development or similar roles. Experience in enterprise system or CRM support. Key Responsibilities: -Execute data, process, and user migration to a new CRM. -Provide technical and functional support to internal users. -Analyze and resolve system incidents (backend and functional). -Manage databases ensuring data integrity and availability. -Implement digital security best practices (access control, backups, credentials). -Analyze source code and system integrations. -Propose improvements, automations, and process optimization. -Coordinate with technology vendors and internal departments. -Document technical processes, incidents, and solutions.
