Results-oriented approach with uncapped commissions. **Kostik is seeking a Software Sales Executive \- Mérida in Mérida, Yucatán** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Sales Executive** for our client, a company specializing in technology solutions for the restaurant industry. If you have experience selling software or intangible services and enjoy presenting solutions that truly impact business operations, this opportunity is for you. Our product is an all-in-one platform for restaurants that optimizes: * Point of sale * Inventory and shrinkage control * Order management * Sales reporting * Customer management and visit frequency You will work under a consultative model, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect restaurants and distributors (B2B and B2C). * Conduct system demonstrations. * Identify needs and close commercial opportunities. * Manage follow-ups in CRM. * Develop and maintain a customer portfolio. * Submit commercial reports and progress updates. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field). * Minimum 2 years in consultative sales or intangible product sales (software or IT preferred). * Experience managing a customer portfolio. * Strong verbal communication skills and high persuasive ability. * Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills.
