Job Summary: Supervises and executes preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, coordinating personnel and managing inventories and purchases to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of comprehensive facility maintenance 2. Coordination of personnel and resource management for maintenance 3. Support in continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure Responsibilities: -Supervise the overall condition of facilities (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and painting). -Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs. -Respond to and follow up on corrective maintenance reports. -Coordinating technical staff or external vendors. -Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts. -Prepare periodic maintenance reports. -Support continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure. - Generate purchase orders. - Obtain quotations from suppliers.
