We are seeking: ### **Account Executive \- Health (Customer Service and Loyalty)** **Position Objective:** To identify, manage, and follow up on customer requirements clearly, completely, and promptly in order to maintain and develop customer loyalty and improve the customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, manage, and follow up on all opportunities arising from customer interactions and/or service delivery to maintain long-term relationships and positively strengthen the customer experience. * Review compliance with contractual requirements of clients to ensure contract renewals and prevent penalties or termination. * Implement business strategies according to internal policies to maintain customer loyalty. * Review consignment stock levels with clients to ensure functionality based on actual productivity, considering specific characteristics or particularities of each client. * Identify new product needs from current customers to expand our services and prevent competitors from gaining opportunity. * Ensure proper use of work tools to guarantee their correct operation. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, basic sales knowledge, and/or public relations * Experience visiting clients, handling complaints, following up on inquiries, among others * Two years of experience in similar roles * Completed bachelor's degree * Availability of time * Willingness to travel * Ability to drive a standard vehicle * Valid driver's license ### **Monthly Salary: 18,000 MXN (before taxes)** Grocery vouchers 30-day year-end bonus * ️ 12 vacation days after completing one year (100% vacation bonus) Life insurance (for accidental or natural death) Major medical expenses insurance for employee, spouse, and dependent children under age) Savings fund (upon stabilization) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) Location: Calle 21 \#280 Bodega H\-3 x 37 Esq Col Cuidad Industrial CP 97288
