In-depth knowledge of civil associations (focus: condominium management – maintenance fees). Accounts receivable and accounts payable. Management of multiple banking platforms. Bank reconciliations and petty cash audits. Issuance of CFDIs in compliance with current SAT guidelines. Preparation and presentation of financial reports. Filing of corresponding monthly SAT tax returns. Timely and accurate monthly accounting closings. Supervision of accounting tasks assigned to team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Proficiency in pivot tables and accustomed to working with files on Google Drive. Leadership skills to manage interpersonal relationships and ensure smooth information flow.
