Position Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in international trade to advise clients and manage import and logistics procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advising on International Trade and Logistics 2. Managing import documentation and customs clearance 3. Integrating digital operation files **Account Executive!** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in international trade activities (Logistics and Imports). Prior experience in cargo customs clearance at ports **Knowledge:** Import documentation and requirements. Handling maritime import documentation and customs clearance Proficiency in CASA systems **Responsibilities:** * Provide advisory services on International Trade and Logistics to clients. * Handle basic legal procedures; candidates should have an interest in the legal aspects of international trade. * Inform clients about required documentation for their specific type of goods and obtain it as quickly as possible. * Enter necessary data into the system to generate the Proforma Customs Declaration. * Integrate the digital operation file into the Document Management System. * Submit documentation to the Single Window. * Arrange transportation when necessary. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits **Work Location:** Pensador Mexicano Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
