RUMA Real Estate Group requires: Cost Analyst Requirements: * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (graduated) * Experience: 2–5 years in budgeting, technical offices, or quantity surveying * Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and construction details * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, tables, data management) * AutoCAD (reading and measurement) * Proficiency in OPUS, Neodata, or similar software * Preferred: MS Project or similar Responsibilities: * Quantification of volumes from architectural and structural drawings * Development and review of item catalogs * Support in unit price analysis * Integration of budgets for tenders and quotations * Verification of consistency among project scope, quantities, and costs * Support in bidding processes and tracking project changes * Organization of technical information and cost databases By joining our team, you will enjoy: Monthly net salary: $16,000 + statutory benefits Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
