




Do you lead teams in livestock conditioning, focusing on reception, feeding, health, and shipping—and do you have experience in livestock mobilization and regulatory compliance (BA)? This position is for leaders who make decisions at the facility, master operational processes, and coordinate people, costs, and results. Key Responsibilities Ensure livestock reception, feeding, health management, and shipping in full compliance with regulations to guarantee animal welfare, on-time delivery, and cost optimization. * Supervise livestock handling (reception and herding), health (detection and treatment), and feeding (acclimatization, stimulation). * Solid knowledge of animal welfare, livestock detection, and medication. * Verify that livestock and inputs meet technical specifications to ensure efficiency, profitability, and quality. * Control livestock and input inventories to minimize losses and protect assets. * Maintain appropriate stock levels of feed and medication according to standards. * Adhere to ethical principles and institutional regulations; coordinate facility and equipment maintenance. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or high school diploma/technical certification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in livestock management and personnel supervision. * Knowledge of livestock handling and identification, health, nutrition, and feed preservation; industrial safety regulations. * Leadership, decision-making, planning, communication, and ethics; process-oriented. * Basic proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Willingness to travel and work on-site; ability to train teams. * Technical competencies: personnel management, inventory management, animal welfare and regulatory compliance (BA), occupational safety and health.
