Service and Maintenance Scheduler – Service Department Interlaken Maquinaria S.A. de C.V. A company dedicated to the machinery sector is seeking talent to join its team. Job Description The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the resources required to execute preventive maintenance, ensuring material availability, adherence to timelines, and customer service. Responsibilities Schedule preventive maintenance activities according to the monthly plan and customer requirements. Coordinate technical personnel, schedules, tools, and spare parts for each service. Develop and monitor the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) schedule. Verify and control spare parts inventory levels (minimum, maximum, and reorder points). Request materials and spare parts to guarantee their availability. Track service orders and maintenance reports. Analyze maintenance metrics (MTBF, availability, and costs). Coordinate diagnostic visits and services with customers. Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding service progress and status. Request closure of service orders. Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and housekeeping and cleanliness programs. Requirements Industrial Engineering or related degree (preferred). Experience in maintenance scheduling, MRP, or materials planning. Knowledge of inventory and spare parts control. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (desirable). SAP B1 or similar ERP experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills. We Offer Salary: $12,000 MXN per month. Bi-weekly payment (15th and last day of each month). Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Food vouchers: $1,300 MXN per month. Punctuality bonus: $550 MXN per month. Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. 100% IMSS coverage from day one.
