Job Details * **Position:** Store Manager * **Monthly Salary:** **$15,000 MXN** (Net) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán \- *Northern Zone.* Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficient functioning. * Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. * Implement sales strategies and ensure excellent customer experience. * Control inventory, sales reports, and basic administrative management. Essential Requirements * Minimum of **2 years of experience in a similar role** (Manager, Assistant Manager, or Area Supervisor in retail/sales). * **Effective team management skills**, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. * **100% sales-oriented**, with a proven track record of meeting goals. * Demonstrated ability in **training** and staff development. * Availability to work **Monday to Saturday**.
