**Area:** Mérida, Yucatán **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Modality:** 50% field / 50% office **Salary:** **$17,000 monthly** **Own vehicle required** (gasoline and maintenance support provided) **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Industrial or related). * Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or facilities. * Ability to coordinate repair, supervision, and improvement tasks. * Leadership, negotiation, and interaction with suppliers and tenants. * Organization, follow-up, and incident resolution skills. * Availability to travel between properties (plazas, shops, managed properties). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate **general property maintenance**, including: * Roofing, waterproofing, and structural elements. * Electrical, plumbing, and sanitary installations. * Supervision of minor and major repairs. * Address **tenant** requests and resolve operational incidents. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Negotiate and follow up with suppliers. * Administrative control of expenses, quotations, reports, and documentation. * Verify cleanliness, order, and overall functionality of properties. * Supervise maintenance crews or personnel as needed.
