




**Company and Position Overview:** We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage the overall operations of a development. This position requires a strategic and operational approach to ensure efficient development operations, high-quality service, and an exceptional experience for residents and visitors. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the work team to ensure that common areas (equipment, facilities, assets) operate under optimal conditions through proper control of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including landscaping and cleaning. Ensure the proper functioning of hydraulic systems, desalination plant, and wastewater treatment plant (PTAR). **Age:** 35 \- 50 years. **Education Level:** Higher education **University Degree:** Engineering. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. **General Requirements** ● Education: Electrical, mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering. ● Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. ● Experience: Vertical hospitality sector (minimum 3 verifiable years) **Skills** ● Proactivity. ● Organization. ● Performance oriented toward efficiency, quality, and results. ● Basic office software proficiency. ● Teamwork. ● Leadership. ● Good spelling. ● Professional appearance. ● Strong communication skills. ● Process management. **Knowledge:** ● Constant pressure pumping systems: Alternator/Radiator. ● Electrical panels. ● Medium and low voltage power systems. ● Basic electronic components, voice and data systems. ● Ability to read and interpret electronic, hydraulic, sanitary, voice, and data blueprints. **Experience** ● In operational and maintenance fields (hotels, vertical buildings). ● Implementation, coordination, supervision, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs. **General Responsibilities** ● Coordinate internal work teams. ● Manage and coordinate with suppliers. ● Maintain logbook records. ● Inventory control: Spare parts, equipment, furniture, and tools. ● Supervise that areas, facilities, and common equipment are properly maintained. ● Prepare informational reports. ● Develop, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs and work plans (follow-up). ● Provide solutions to outstanding operational issues in the condominium's common areas.
