Dashboard design and maintenance **Position:** Data Analyst **Position Objective** Transform business data into **clear, reliable, and actionable information** to support the company’s strategic, operational, and financial decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. **Data extraction** and management * Extract data from internal databases (MySQL or others). * Integrate information from multiple sources: proprietary systems, payments, CRM, customer support, marketing, and accounting. * Ensure data consistency, cleanliness, and quality. 2\. **Analysis** and insight generation * Analyze revenue, costs, churn, retention, activation, cohorts, and user behavior. * Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. * Translate numbers into **clear conclusions and concrete recommendations** for the business. 3\. **Dashboards** and reporting * Design and maintain dashboards in **Power BI** / **Zoho Analytics**. * Create reports for: Executive Management, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc. 4\. Measurement and **experimentation** * Define and track key business KPIs. * Support A/B tests, pricing experiments, or product changes. * Measure the real impact of decisions and operational changes. 6\. **Documentation** and processes * Document metrics, definitions, and data sources. * Help standardize measurement and reporting processes. * Propose improvements to automate reports and reduce manual errors. **Required Profile** Technical Knowledge * **SQL (mandatory).** * **Power BI / Zoho Analytics.** * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of financial models and business KPIs. * Preferred: experience with startups, telecom, fintech, or subscription-based models.
