Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of technological systems in buses, guaranteeing operational continuity and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in embedded systems or IT infrastructure administration 2. Proficiency with GPS systems, telemetry, and basic electronics 3. Network management, cybersecurity, and database administration *Objective*: Ensure the proper operation, monitoring, and maintenance of technological systems installed in vehicles (buses), guaranteeing operational continuity, security, and service efficiency. *Requirements*: * Degree in Information Technologies Engineering * Experience: 1 to 3 years in embedded systems or technical support and IT infrastructure administration *Required Knowledge*: * Diagnosis and repair of electronic devices (Dimas) * GPS and telemetry systems * Basic electronics and electrical diagrams * Networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs * Cybersecurity (firewalls, antivirus, SIEM) * Cloud computing * Database administration (basic/intermediate) *Responsibilities*: * Monitor the operation of onboard systems (GPS, cameras, sensors, telemetry, etc.) * Coordinate the installation and configuration of new devices on vehicles * Support continuous improvement of technological processes within the fleet * Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment (Dimas) installed on vehicles * Train operators on proper use of onboard systems * Administer physical and virtual servers * Monitor the performance of the technological infrastructure * Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and connectivity networks * Implement cybersecurity policies * Perform backups and disaster recovery plans (DRP) * Install, configure, and update hardware and software Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
