Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance engineer, architect, or related professional to organize personnel, supervise construction activities, and manage resources. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in supervising personnel and construction activities. 2. Management of project schedules, costs, and quotations. 3. Optimization of resources and communication with department heads. We require a maintenance engineer, architect, or related professional with experience organizing personnel and supervising construction activities, managing at least 20 people. Primary responsibilities include: \- Reviewing activity schedules timely and accurately to meet the maintenance supervisor’s requirements \- Monitoring timeframes for scheduled activities \- Reviewing material and labor expenses \- Submitting quotations for approval prior to forwarding them to company owners or department heads, as applicable \- Tracking quotations to ensure timely execution \- Reviewing material costs and losses resulting from inadequate performance and construction supervision \- Updating inventory status and identifying missing materials \- Ensuring warehouses are suitable and practical for efficient activity execution \- Reviewing activities and verifying compliance by the maintenance supervisor and assistants \- Following up on unresolved issues promptly—whether involving owners, suppliers, external personnel, or company staff—and resolving them or providing clarifications according to the nature of each issue \- Coordinating between operational departments and cleaning services as needed to carry out various activities \- Reviewing payroll and exploring alternatives to minimize operational expenses \- Reviewing indirect costs for potential internal expenditure leaks in procurement or service payments \- Monitoring and ensuring proper interdepartmental coordination, while providing necessary tools and support to improve efficiency and work quality \- Reviewing direct service costs to identify opportunities for monthly savings \- Direct communication with all department heads. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Experience: * Construction engineer: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Engineer or related field (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
