You will become part of a specialized project offering real opportunities for growth and professional development. Main responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the sales and customer service team. Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and service objectives. Manage daily branch operations. Handle client portfolio and follow up on active accounts. Analyze performance indicators (sales, collections, productivity). Promote a positive and high-performance work environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or team coordination roles. Business-oriented mindset and focus on results. Experience managing client portfolios or wholesale sales. Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts. Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email). Desirable experience in the automotive, auto parts, or retail sector (not mandatory). We offer Weekly net salary: $3,000 Uncapped commissions based on achieved targets. 20 days of Christmas bonus.
