Position Objectives:** Maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems at the assigned site in optimal operating and functional condition, including: * Mini Split. * Packaged units. * Inverter units. * Air extractors and injectors. * Freezer rooms. * Refrigerated rooms. * AHU (Air Handling Unit). * AWU (Air Washer Units). * Chillers **2. Key Responsibilities:** * Review work orders or maintenance schedules assigned to respective teams. * Verify the type of maintenance to be performed; clarify any doubts with direct supervisor. * Based on the type of maintenance service, request required materials, supplies, and tools from the warehouse through the responsible supervisor. * Use materials and tools correctly; if surplus exists, perform corresponding count and return. * Generate RPR work permits for supervisor’s signature. * Perform maintenance services on time and as scheduled. * Document and request closure of work orders in the system. * Carry out activities with quality, within established timeframes per schedule, using assigned materials and supplies appropriately. * If the client requests special work beyond the established maintenance program, immediately report it to the supervisor so that he/she may assess whether to proceed with such request. **3. Professional Qualifications:** * Completed high school and/or technical degree in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * 3 years of experience in maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. **Professional Skills:** * Handling and repair of HVAC systems. * Industrial electricity, medium and low voltage. * Mechanics. * Pumping systems. * Air handling units. * Results-oriented. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork. * Willingness to rotate shifts: 12-12, 8 hrs. **Location:** On-site – Cuautitlan Izcalli, MEX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
