





**TAMA | Mexican Architecture Workshop** In 2026, we will have numerous projects and challenges ahead, so we are looking to expand our team with a new position: **Creative Design Architect.** **This architect must possess exceptional creativity and passion for architecture, with outstanding abilities in proposal development, problem-solving, and creative and critical thinking applied to design.** *\*This position is still a prototype; it is highly likely to evolve into a leadership role.\** Responsibilities: * Develop projects from scratch—drawing, modeling, or representing proposals in 2D or 3D, aiming for the most creative and effective solutions possible. * Participate in the conceptualization of projects across various categories (residential, commercial, high-rise buildings, master plans, etc.). * Design projects with a strong aesthetic sensibility: proportion, scale, materiality, atmosphere, and architectural language. * Provide continuous feedback on projects in collaboration with the partner team and the conceptual architecture and rendering teams. * Develop project narratives and storytelling: clearly articulate *why* the project is designed as it is (for clients, partners, juries). Requirements: * Licensed architect. * On-site work in Mérida. * Demonstrated experience in design and proposal development across multiple categories: residential, buildings, hotels, commercial, master plans, among others. * Strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, intermediate proficiency in **SketchUp**. * Intermediate proficiency in **InDesign or Adobe Creative Cloud suite**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Revit (not mandatory)** is desirable.
