Advanced English **Objective:** Responsible for gathering, receiving, capturing, tracking, analyzing, escalating, coordinating response and support (internal, vendors, and external) for all security-related alerts, information, KPIs, incidents, emergencies, intelligence, assistance requests, events, protocols, and situations affecting the security of our operations, brands, reputation, and people—thereby safeguarding operations against both external threats and internal risks through compliance with security policies, standards, and protocols to provide a safe working environment for employees. **What will make you successful:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Security areas. * Report and database management skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced English. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Ensure communication, information consistency, and compliance with security policies, guidelines, and protocols across all reported incidents, supporting crisis, emergency, or incident response and resolution. 2\.\- Issue consolidated market security reports compiling data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis to inform the Corporate Security Manager. Consolidate, analyze, and develop market security-related data reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis for the Corporate Security Manager’s report. 3\.\- Develop and update market-specific security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure standardization of market security operations and achievement of the market’s security strategy objectives. 4\.\- Act as the immediate point of consultation and action for incidents impacting asset security, advising employees and contacting authorities and other involved departments to prevent negative consequences at workplaces or among field-based employees. 5\.\- Manage consistency and compliance in measuring area KPIs to ensure adherence to market security policies and guidelines, as well as provide operational areas with the information needed to focus efforts on business impact. 6\.\- Monitor real-time news and security situations capable of impacting our people, brands, reputation, and operations to enable early alerting, facilitate coordination of response and communication among involved departments, and ensure incident execution and resolution with minimal business impact. 7\.\- Supervise security companies operating within Nestlé facilities by validating attendance, evaluations, and reports issued by Safety Champions at each location to ensure compliance with established directives, training requirements, and field supervision.
