




Job Description and Responsibilities Support in data entry and information control, document filing and tracking, report preparation, basic invoice handling, assistance with reconciliations, recording of transactions, expense control, and direct support to the Management team to ensure orderly and up-to-date processes. Experience and Requirements You will be responsible for carrying out various administrative and office tasks, including providing support to our directors and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities. * Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or related field; incomplete degree or current student. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or professional internship. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with Contpaq invoicing software is preferred. * Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills. * Responsibilities * Customer service and support. * Inventory management. * Invoicing. * Collections. * Interaction with customers and suppliers. * General administrative duties.
