Responsibilities * Perform modern and classic haircuts * Beard grooming: shaping, beard fades, line-ups, and straight-razor shaving with technique and safety. * High-level customer service: style consultation, hygiene, conversation, and overall experience. * Maintain your station clean and ready (tools, capes, disinfection). * Help uphold the salon’s standards: quality, timing, order, and reputation.
