Here’s what you need to know about this position: **THE WORK** * Own the Atlassian stack end to end, serving as the main point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management * Design and maintain workflows, automations, intake forms, dashboards, and reporting to support IT and other teams * Partner with technical and non\-technical stakeholders to understand needs, explain platform capabilities and constraints, and recommend solutions * Improve and automate how teams request support across IT and service desks * Support onboarding and offboarding by managing users, permissions, and access as teams change * Participate in daily team meetings and weekly 1:1s, managing work independently and tracking progress in Jira * Act as a trusted Atlassian expert, helping teams use the platform effectively and consistently * Integrate Atlassian products with Okta and other enterprise systems, including SSO/SAML setup, user provisioning, and group synchronization, to streamline identity and access management. * Develop specifications, test plans, and automated solutions to extend Jira/Confluence functionality through REST API integrations and scripting. * Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and establish governance policies for tool usage within SOX\-regulated and audit\-ready environments. **NEEDED EXPERTISE** * Hands\-on experience administering Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, including Service Management * Strong experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting in Jira * Ability to communicate clearly with non\-technical stakeholders and respond confidently in live meetings * Comfort operating as a solo owner and making judgment calls without heavy oversight * Familiarity with user management, access controls, and enterprise environments * Working knowledge of Agile practices and using Jira to track and manage work * Atlassian certification preferred or strong practical experience equivalent * Proven experience integrating Atlassian tools with Okta (SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, user/group management) * Familiarity with SOX\-regulated environments and adherence to audit, access control, and change management processes * Strong understanding of Jira REST APIs and experience developing or maintaining automation and reporting integrations **OUR BENEFITS \& PERKS** * We pay in USD on a platform that allows you to convert, allocate, and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose. * Paid Company Holidays. * Medical, Safety, \& Wellness benefits * Free live business language classes * …and more perks are being added each quarter Interested?
