The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing restaurant operations and staff to maintain the highest standards, resulting in Medallia scores above the company average for Food and Beverage, as well as efficiency, translating into consistent productivity and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
* Maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
* Supervise and coordinate the assigned shift.
* Monitor and evaluate food quality and service levels.
* Assist in hiring and training all staff, as well as general departmental supervision.
* Schedule staff according to occupancy levels.
* Monitor and track payroll and revenue on a daily basis.
* Assist in staff training and coaching.
* Ensure the physical environment and cleanliness of the restaurant, including inspection of tables, condiment stations, and trays.
* Assist in supervising all current inventories (liquor, beer, wine, food, etc.) and in ordering new products; establish and maintain par levels.
* Communicate with the manager regarding upcoming events and promotions.
* Assist with month-end inventories.
* Attend department head meetings, conference review meetings, Food and Beverage meetings, and pre-conference meetings as needed.
* Responsible for timely staff performance evaluations.
* Maintain restaurant and room service profitability through forecasting and staffing.
* Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
* Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and communicate with guests to obtain feedback.
**Requirements**
* Valid Mexican passport
* Degree and license in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Business Administration, or related fields
* Intermediate to advanced English
* Willingness to relocate
* Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $300.00 - $350.00 per hour

* Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

* Staff supervision: 3 years (Preferred)
