Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in Production and/or Quality Control areas within Food and Beverage companies. Knowledge: Knowledge of Maintenance and Production Programs; basic knowledge of Physics and Chemistry; syrup preparation; water purification; ISO standards (certificates and/or diplomas); audit follow-up; inventory management; production safety; personnel management (teams of 25 people); payroll incidents; conflict resolution; negotiations; and customer service.
