The Cement Silo Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring optimal operation and operational availability of cement storage and handling systems (silos, pneumatic conveying systems, filters, valves, etc.). Key responsibilities include performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, ensuring facility integrity and compliance with industrial safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related field. * **Experience:** Proven prior experience as a maintenance technician in industrial environments, preferably in cement plants, mining, or bulk material handling. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Experience with conveying systems (belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.) and pumping systems. * Knowledge of instrumentation and control. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. * **Skills:** * Problem-solving ability and analytical reasoning. * Proactivity and initiative. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Attention to detail and quality focus. * **Availability:** Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies, as required by operations. * Physical labor may be involved, including lifting loads, climbing stairs, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
