*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening at GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO in Jardines En La Montaña – Tlalpan, Mexico City** At Grupo HS, we are seeking a **BILLING ANALYST** Requirements: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields 1–2 years of experience in billing within the healthcare sector Proficiency in using the SAT (Tax Administration Service) website Responsibilities: * Update and record product selling prices (internal codes and codes from other commercial companies), following internal guidelines. * Conduct preliminary review of hospital charges to verify alignment with registered implant and consumable usage. * Prepare invoices for submission, review, and tracking according to each client’s specific policies. * Manage basic ALG and APB requests when required, and monitor their status. * Compile and maintain organized supporting documentation for billing, ready for internal and external audits. * Generate and update operational reports (e.g., consumption, charges, invoice status). * Register and track cancellations, and request credit notes upon coordinator validation. * Maintain operational communication with internal departments—Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, and Technical Support—to clarify information. * Assist, under Coordinator supervision, in billing reconciliation processes with hospitals and clients. * Identify basic discrepancies between charges and internal records, and report them to the Coordinator. ***We offer:*** ***Monthly gross salary of $15,000*** ***Salary increase after 3 months*** ***Statutory benefits*** ***Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGMM)*** ***Life insurance*** ***Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM*** ***Work location: Jardines en la Montaña neighborhood, Tlalpan*** **Desired education level:** Higher education – incomplete **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Medical Devices *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=693b9671770000580044ec19&source=indeed*
