You will assist us with: * Receiving, verifying and recording incoming goods against purchase orders. * Maintaining the warehouse organized, clean and in optimal safety conditions. * Performing stock rotation according to policy for perishable or expiry-dated products. * Conducting cycle counts and participating in periodic physical inventories. * Updating records in the warehouse management system. * Picking: selecting products according to sales orders or picking lists. * Packing and preparing goods for shipment, ensuring proper protection and identification. * Coordinating with carriers and performing documented delivery of shipments. * Performing basic equipment maintenance and reporting malfunctions. * Labeling and coding products according to the warehouse classification system. Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or higher. * Experience: At least 1–2 years in similar roles in warehousing, logistics or distribution. Basic computer skills (Excel, email) and preferably experience with management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret documents (purchase orders, inter-branch transfers, picking lists). * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset. Our comprehensive services draw upon our extensive organizational experience, as well as partnerships with governmental, community, and faith-based entities. **Responsibilities / Duties:** * Provide direct therapeutic services to program participants as needed, including group work and family therapy. * Administer required mental and behavioral health assessments for program participants. * Coordinate services for each participant jointly with the Social Worker. * Participate in case consultations and provide clinical feedback regarding beneficiaries’ treatment needs. * Assist, facilitate, and help deliver ongoing education and support services to beneficiaries’ families. * Provide crisis intervention and guidance to beneficiaries and their families on healthy parenting practices, resilience, and conflict resolution skills. * Develop and deliver trainings/workshops for both family groups and sector colleagues, per respective partner requests. * Comply with laws and regulations regarding confidentiality of beneficiary information. * Apply knowledge of best practices in child welfare to protect all beneficiaries and mitigate risk factors when possible. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of all clinical activities per internal program policies. * Maintain current, practical knowledge of international child protection policies and operational procedures. * Meet regularly with the Program Director to consult on cases, review case plan decisions, and assess program participant progress. * Attend meetings with program alliances and/or partners, as well as establish new relationships with relevant sector actors. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Education / Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in General, Clinical, or Educational Psychology. * Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Family Psychotherapy, or related field (preferred). * Demonstrated experience delivering clinical services to refugee and/or immigrant populations (preferred). * Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with returned/refugee populations and unaccompanied minors. * Knowledge of national legislation on Human Rights, the General Law on the Rights of Children, Girls, and Adolescents, the Migration Code, among others. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal communication and clinical/persuasive writing skills. * Excellent clinical and crisis intervention skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under stress or in fast-paced and/or volatile environments, including crisis or high-risk situations. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Capacity to practice cultural sensitivity and work effectively with diverse and vulnerable populations. * Awareness of legal and policy issues related to immigration and child welfare. * Commitment to Global Refuge’s mission and core values, and ability to model those values in interactions with colleagues and partners. * Commitment to empowering returned/refugee populations and unaccompanied minors. * Flexibility regarding work hours and responsibilities. * Adequate computer skills to perform essential functions (Microsoft Office and any internal case management software). **Special Position Requirements:** * Availability to travel within Mexico up to 80% of the time. * Must be willing and able to undergo criminal background and civil litigation checks. * Native Spanish speaker.
