**ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** **Requirements:** **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Human Development **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources and Organizational Culture **PRIOR KNOWLEDGE:** Administration of benefits and compensation, conflict resolution techniques, labor legislation in Mexico. **Responsibilities:** * Identify staffing needs in coordination with various departments. * Design and implement onboarding processes and corporate cultural values. * Identify and manage internal talent, including development and succession programs. * Implement continuous training and professional development programs. * Monitor employee development through periodic performance evaluations. * Promote the development of career paths and succession planning within the organization. * Develop and maintain initiatives that strengthen company culture and values. * Foster employee integration and sense of belonging through internal events and activities. * Facilitate clear and effective internal communication between management and staff. * Conduct organizational climate surveys and analyze results to implement improvements. * Prevent and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a healthy work environment. * Organize events and activities that reinforce organizational culture and enhance team cohesion. * Keep HR policies and procedures updated in accordance with legal regulations. * Inform employees about policies, procedures, and relevant changes to ensure understanding and compliance. * Foster an open and constructive dialogue environment between management and employees. * Collaborate with company leaders to implement organizational change strategies. * Generate reports on key metrics related to personnel administration, organizational climate, and culture. * Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make evidence-based recommendations. **We Offer:** Base salary of $16,000–$18,000 net Statutory benefits Uniforms Work tools Birthday day off **Work Location** **GINS WAREHOUSES, near Central de Abasto** **Benito Juárez, Cancún, Quintana Roo.**
