As a Commercial Advisor, you will promote and execute sales of the company’s products and services, developing a sustainable customer portfolio, contributing to achieving the company’s established objectives, and providing comprehensive, value-added solutions to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to achieving the monthly and annual objectives defined for your territory in terms of profitability, budget, sales volume, pricing, contribution margin, accounts receivable days, and costs. * Manage and develop a sustainable customer portfolio by prospecting current and potential clients to identify needs and detect business opportunities. * Provide technical advisory to clients and prospects regarding the use and optimization of higher-value-added products and services, aiming to develop technical sales. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, including sales experience in the construction industry. * Experience in customer service and customer portfolio prospecting. * Valid driver’s license and availability of time. **Skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Negotiation skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Positive influence and strong ethics. * Assertive decision-making under pressure. * Excellent organization, control, and attention to detail. * Ability to build relationships and professional networks. * Dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic, patient, and resilient attitude toward failure.
