**Description** Position objective: Contribute to the well-being and comprehensive protection of girls, boys, and adolescents by directly implementing safe and high-quality community activities, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, advancing work plans, and promoting active participation from families, communities, and key stakeholders. Experience: Working with social groups of different ages: group facilitation with girls, boys, and adolescents, community actors, municipal authorities, educational authorities, and community leaders. Experience in fieldwork and implementation of community projects, with the ability to interact and build trust-based relationships with diverse communities. Knowledge in gender equality, human rights, education, culture of peace, child protection, safety for children, and community health. Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing community mobilization strategies and working with organized groups of children, adolescents, parents, caregivers, and teachers. Minimum of one year of experience conducting participatory workshops. Minimum of one year of experience in field or community work. Working with social groups of different ages. Functions: Implement the state action plan in alignment with regional and national strategies. Strengthen community capacities through workshops, activities, and accompaniment. Facilitate processes of organization, participation, and shared responsibility within communities. Promote strategic alliances and local networks aligned with institutional objectives. Foster a culture of protection, respect, and community ownership of projects. Design and apply participatory methodologies with a focus on rights, protection, and inclusion. Plan and execute activities with creativity, quality, and cultural relevance. Ensure proper use of materials and institutional branding in the field. Document learnings, best practices, challenges, and relevant findings from fieldwork. Participate in continuous training processes and contribute to team and community capacity development. Guide, accompany, and strengthen implementation of activities by partners and allies. Apply monitoring tools (including assessments) and collect relevant information from the community environment. Record, systematize data, and prepare reports according to MERA guidelines. Implement the state action plan in alignment with regional and national strategies. Design and prepare necessary materials for field activity implementation. Ensure safe spaces are created within communities during intervention activities.
