We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **OBJECTIVE.** Advise the project manager on all matters and deliverables related to Health, Safety, and Environment aspects. Implement programs, plans, and processes to control all project risks related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Physical Security. Conduct investigations in the event of an HSE incident, issue the corresponding alert, disseminate it, and establish best practices derived from the investigation. **RESPONSIBILITIES.** * Participate in preliminary risk assessments to implement prevention and mitigation measures, controlling risks as low as reasonably possible (including change management). * Conduct HSE-related campaigns to increase awareness among personnel involved in the project. * Organize periodic safety meetings to address relevant topics related to the project. Implement regular walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to identify key issues and improvement opportunities. * Supervise operation and maintenance activities. * Review and sign high-risk work permits and safe job analyses to ensure risks are properly documented. * **Leverage automation technology to positively impact process quality.** **REQUIREMENTS:*** **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
