Teamwork and good communication **Job Description: Accounting Assistant** · Department: Administration / Finance · Reports to: General Accountant / Administrative Management **Position Objective** · Support the proper execution of the real estate developer’s accounting and administrative processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions related to projects, construction works, suppliers, and tax obligations. **Main Responsibilities** · Recording of accounting journal entries for revenues, expenses, and daily transactions · Control and filing of accounting–tax documentation (invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents from suppliers, creditors, and customers) · Bank reconciliations · Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable · Support in preparing monthly accounting reports · Support in monthly accounting closings · Basic review of tax requirements for invoices (CFDI) · Coordination with the administrative and construction departments to clarify expenses · Other administrative tasks related to the accounting department **Required Knowledge and Skills** · General accounting · Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency · Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI) · Basic knowledge of tax matters (tax calculation) · Basic knowledge of accounting systems (CONTPAQi preferred) · Basic knowledge of official government websites (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit) · Bank reconciliations · Ability to interpret basic financial statements · Organization and attention to detail · Ability to track and control documentation · Teamwork and good communication **Education** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete) **Experience** · 1–2 years in similar positions · Experience in real estate, construction, or development companies is preferred **Work Schedule** · Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) **Salary and Benefits** · Monthly salary: **$15,000 MXN** · Statutory benefits · Job stability and learning opportunities in the real estate sector **Key Competencies** · Responsibility · Confidentiality · Order and discipline · Process orientation · Follow-up and compliance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
