Ensures timely supply and documentary control. **Job Title: Purchasing Analyst** **Location:** Lindavista neighborhood, GAM, CDMX **Job Objective:** Execute and monitor the procurement process for materials and supplies required for maintenance and facility services, ensuring on-time delivery, proper documentation control, and adherence to budget, with a focus on operational efficiency and service continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing purchase orders with previously authorized domestic suppliers. * Timely follow-up on internal requisitions. * Procurement of electrical materials (cables, poles, accessories), plumbing materials, and installation supplies. * Basic negotiation of commercial terms (price, delivery times, credit terms). * Receipt, validation, and control of invoices. * Verification of on-time and in-full delivery fulfillment. * Administrative control of procurement files. * Quotation comparisons. * Follow-up on supplier-related incidents. * Support in controlling assigned budgets. * Coordination with warehouse and operations teams to ensure material availability. * Preparation of procurement reports and order status updates. Note: Development of new suppliers is not required, as work is conducted exclusively with the existing supplier portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely supply. * Prevent urgent purchases due to lack of follow-up. * Maintain accurate documentary control for fiscal and administrative compliance. * Exercise careful management of assigned budgets. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Engineering degree (industrial, electrical, or related field) preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in procurement (preferably in electrical, plumbing, or construction/maintenance materials). * Experience dealing with domestic suppliers. * Experience in administrative procurement control. **Technical Knowledge:** * Procurement processes. * Purchase order management. * Invoice control. * Quotation comparison. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing materials. **Required Competencies:** * Organization and follow-up. * Attention to detail. * Basic negotiation skills. * Operational planning. * Sense of urgency. * Structured work approach. * Process adherence. * Effective communication with operational departments. **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** $14,000 to $15,000 net monthly. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm only in case of operational emergencies.
